Boston United slipped out of the Vanarama North’s play-off spots following a night to forget at AFC Fylde.
The Pilgrims dropped to sixth in the standings following the 3-0 defeat, which sees Guiseley - who didn’t play last night - move above them by virtue of goal difference.

Danny Lloyd’s long-range strike and an own goal from Mark Jones’ saw Boston trailing 2-0 by just 17 minutes played.
Richie Allen then wrapped things up in stoppage time.
United were forced to drop leading scorer Dayle Southwell and Kaine Felix to the bench due to injuries, while Sam Vince took his place in goal following Joel Dixon’s return to Sunderland.
