Boston United Reserves are sitting pretty at the top of the Sills & Betteridge Lincolnshire League.

Nigel Vince’s side stretched their winning run to four straight matches on Saturday as they beat Skegness United 4-1 at York Street.

Aaron Eyett continued his recent goalscoring form with a brace, taking his tally to four goals in the past two matches.

Meanwhile, Ngoni Dongo and Scott Dawson also found the net for the Pilgrims’ second string.

Boston currently sit four points clear of second-placed Skegness Town, who have four matches in hand.

However, the amber and blacks are in fine form, having won eight of their past nine matches, and drawing the other.

On Saturday, United Reserves travel to face title rivals Skegnes Town in a crunch clash (KO 2pm).
