Pilgrims captain Scott Garner has admitted that he would love to celebrate his goals by joining in the fun with Boston United’s fans.
The midfielder has given the club’s support the thumbs up and thanked them for their backing - both home and away.
And he says that the terraces look a good place to be when United are on target.
“When we score they go crazy for us,” Garner said.
“It’s a shame you get booked for going into the crowd, because I’d love to be in there when we do score.
“The fans do a great job for us.
“They’re always right behind us and it gives you a boost.”
Turning his attention to the Pilgrims’ top-five push, Garner is calling on the fans to get behind the club for the rest of the season.
“Every game’s a big game now, you can’t take anything lightly,” he added.
