Boston United’s trialists will be given another chance to stake a claim for a deal tonight as the Pilgrims host Lincoln City.

Dennis Greene and his team have been running the rule over a number of hopefuls looking for a permanent move to the Jakemans Stadium.

And tonight could be make or break for some of those players eyeing a deal.

“We’re still looking at one or two,” Greene told The Standard.

“We’ll wait until after the Lincoln game to make our minds up. We’re still looking.

“It’s unfair to judge on 45 minutes against Peterborough or the game against Boston Town.”

Kick off against the Red Imps will be at 7.45pm.

Those currently on trial with United are:

MARCUS MARSHALL - A former Grimsby Town and Lincoln City winger.

JOSH GREEN - A central midfielder, formerly with Fleetwood Town, Walsall and Market Drayton Town.

LIAM ADAMS - The exciting winger was formerly with Boston’s Centre of Excellence, before spending the past few seasons with Nottingham Forest’s set-up.

JAKE WILLIAMS - The ex-Blackburn Rovers man plays primarily as a right back.

ANDREW OFOSU - A striker who has formerly played for Worksop Town, yet to get a run-out for Boston in a warm-up match.

JORDAN LINLEY - A former Doncaster Rovers youth team product. The midfielder is good friends with Pilgrims attacker Cameron Johnson.
