Former Hull City midfielder departs Boston United by mutual consent

Midfielder Jack Barlow has left Boston United by mutual consent.

The 20-year-old former Hull City player has had his contract terminated after making just one substitute appearance in a Pilgrims shirt against Stockport County.

A club spokesman said: “He moves on with the best wishes of everybody at Boston United.”

Barlow becomes the second player to depart the Jakemans Stadoium in two days, with keeper Matt Gledhill yesterday leaving to return to his native Ireland after falling don the pecking order.
