Boston United will travel to Stafford Rangers for the second qualifying round of the FA Cup, after the Evo-Stik Premier Division side won their replay last night.
Rangers sit bottom of their league, one tier below Boston United in the footballing pyramid, and saw off the challenge of Chasetown at their Marston Road home ground with a 2-0 victory.
The pair had played out a 0-0 draw on Saturday.
Dennis Greene’s men will be favourites for the tie, which takes place on Saturday, September 28 at 3pm, but face important league clashes at Gloucester City and then at home to Bradford Park Avenue before they can turn their attentions to the cup.
Should a replay be required, it will be played at The Jakemans Stadium on Tuesday, October 1.
