Boston United have signed their former tormentor Peter Bore.
The 25-year-old utility man - who can play as a striker, winger or full back - signed on for the Pilgrims this morning.
Bore came through the ranks of home-town club Grimsby Town and has since gone on to play for York City, Harrogate Town and Lincoln City.
He became a free agent after being released by Conference National outfit Gateshead.
Bore should be well known to Pilgrims fans after he tormented the club twice back in the 2006-07 season as a fresh-faced teenager.
He made his Mariners debut on the opening day of the campaign.
On that day - August 5 - he came on as a substitute, scoring twice to help Town come back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at United’s expense.
His first professional hat-trick came in the return match on February 2, helping the Mariners to a 6-0 victory.
