Dennis Greene says he will remain on the lookout to bolster his Boston United squad.

The Pilgrims boss brought free agent Liam Marrs back to the Jakemans Stadium on Friday, following the former Sunderland man’s 13-game loan spell last season.

But Greene says he will continue to search for additional talent.

“I’m always looking,” Greene added.

“If I can find somebody who fits in the wage bill then I’m always looking.

“Everyone knows that we need a centre forward, but centre forwards cost £400 or £500 per week and we haven’t got it.

“If somebody wants to come and play for us at what we can offer then we’ll see about that.

“Otherwise, all we can do is try to bring on the ones we’ve got.”

The arrival of Marrs saw both Chris Dickinson and Duran Reynolds leave the club.

Summer signing Reynolds had his contract cancelled by mutual consent after finding first-team appearances hard to come by.

Dickinson - who signed a non-contract deal on the eve of the season - has been given permission to find a club closer to his Middlesbrough home.
