Mark Jones believes manager Jason Lee can help him fulfil his potential.
And the good news for Pilgrims fans is that the striker – who has scored nine times this season – says he is improving every week.
“I’m still learning each training session, from the manager and the boys,” he said.
“I’m trying to adjust my game and get different attributes out there.
“The manager’s a top bloke to work with. He’s been there and he knows what he’s talking about, so I can’t just give him the cold shoulder and think I know best.”
Lee is full of praise for the striker, stating: “He’s learning at a whole new level.
“He’s agile, got good pace and we’re asking him to be technically better.
“He didn’t have all those attributes to start with, but if you play with better players you learn.
“He’s doing a fantastic job for us.”
