The Pilgrims boss notched up game number 100 with the club on Saturday, a 3-1 win at Kidderminster Harriers.

The club sits seventh in the National League North and are preparing for next Monday's FA Cup replay against Rochdale, a far cry from the relegation-threatened side he inherited in November 2017.

"If feels like 1,000 games to be honest," Elliott joked.

"I've loved my time at Boston, and the club's in a far better position than when I came in.

"It's a difficult club to manage, because there is expectation. But I've loved everything about my time here.

"My enthusiasm for it is exactly the same."

After reaching treble figures, Elliott is keen for the club to continue moving in the right direction.

He said: "The important thing is to keep on progressing and, hopefully, my next 100 games can bring the club success, in whatever shape that is, promotion or the cups."
