Poachers hit 10 in two games against the Croms

Boston Town completed their UCL Premier double over Huntingdon Town in comprehensive style.

Following the previous week’s 6-1 thrashing of the Croms at the DWB Stadium, Mark Angel’s side made the journey to Jubilee Park - coming away with a 4-1 success.

Not only will the 10 goals scored in back-to-back matches give the Poachers a confidence boost, it also extended their winning streak to four contests.

Aaron Eyett put the Poachers ahead after 30 minutes.

Jack Wightwick then took his imporessive season’s tally up to 15 when he netted four minutes into the second half.

Ryan Parnell then rounded off the scoring with a brace, netting in the 61st and 73rd minutes.

The hosts grabvbed a late consolation, but it was too little too late.

The Poachers are now 12th in the standings
