We're 100% better than that! Marshall says Boston United are struggling to show their ability on the pitch
The Pilgrims suffered a humiliating 1-0 home defeat to Altrincham on Saturday, the Robins beginning the day bottom of the National League North but ending it worthy winners as the Pilgrims’ early threats dissolved into a disjointed performance.
And Marshall, who came on as a second-half substitute as he looks to regain full fitness following a groin injury, says the team are better than they are showing.
“In training we’re unbelievable,” he said.

Hide Ad“The pitch doesn’t help, but we can’t really blame that as everybody’s got to play on it.
“But we’re 100 per cent better than we’ve shown.
“We’ve started games well and, for whatever reason, we’ve not got the goals and we’re conceding or lads’ heads are going.
“It’s just not happening.”
