Wyberton kept their Lincolnshire League title dreams alive with a 2-1 victory over Brigg Town Reserves at the Causeway on Saturday.

However, Gary Frost’s side had to do it the hard way, coming from behind.

Elliot Pogson and Curtis Revell both struck to cancel out Jake Parker’s effort.

Wyberton now sit in third in the Lincs League standings, five points behind leaders Sleaford Town Reserves, but with two games in hand.

On Saturday, the Villagers travel to face fifth-placed Lincoln Railway FC in the Supplementary Cup knockout stages.
