Boston Town Reserves went down 4-2 at Market Rasen Town on Saturday.

The Poachers netted through Conrad Louth and Ben Reeson in this Lincolnshire League clash on Saturday.

The hosts replied through Adam Brumpton (two), James Bennett and Kyle Paul.

But despite the defeat, new Town second string keeper Callum Bastock - the son of Boston United all-time appearance record-holder Paul - was named as man of the match.

Last Tuesday, Town also conceded four times, suffering a 4-0 home defeat to Skegness United.

Meanwhile, Boston United Reserves earned a point on their travels.
