Boston Amateur Boxing Club fighters have been ending the year with ring action.
Six boxers travelled to Berinsfield, Oxfordshire, to compete on a show.
Aidrianna Finch faced home-town fighter C. Corringe, who she had previously met at the Boston show in November.
As like their earlier meeting, the bout was full of action and the crowd were voicing their appreciation.
Finch was finding her opponent easy prey and her solid backhand was finding the mark on every attack as she was the worthy winner, also claiming the Fight of the Night trophy.
Bue Kirason was facing another Oxfordshire opponent, L. Hyland-Knight.
Bue won his fight at a previous meeting, but Hyland-Knight was in fine form, and he won the contest with a TKO in the latter stages of the third round.
Dave Bagley faced J. McDonagh from the home club, but it was an early night for the Boston man as he lost by TKO in the first round.
Ronnie Goddard met J. Irving from Fitzpatrick ABC, and his superior ring craft appeared too much as the Boston man looked to be in complete control.
However, Irving unleashed a powerful backhand to the top of Goddard’s temple, which had him in trouble.
Taking the count past the bell, the referee deemed the Boston boxer unfit to continue.
Matthew Mooney earned a split-decision victory against Thames Valley ABC’s T. Haines, following an all-out offensive display.
Tommy Upsall was far too strong for T. Rysakovas, from Berinsfield ABC, claiming a unanimous points win.
Promising youngster Coby Brown travelled to March ABC, Cambridgeshire, to compete against Alfie Smith.
Both boxer’s enjoying good spells but Smith took the points win.
