After his fantastic double win at Knockhill, it’s back to business for Ben Wilson as he travels to Snetterton this weekend for the latest round of the British Supersport Championships.
The British Supersport ace took part in a successful test last week at the Norfolk track, which will have enabled him to find a good set-up ahead of the set of two races on Saturday and Sunday.
In last year’s event, Wilson made it up onto the podium and will be seeking two strong results from the weekend to move him closer to the series leader.
Wilson currently holds third position in the rider standings, just 32 points behind Stuart Easton who is currently leading the championship.
There are two free practice sessions on Friday, the first at 9.30am and the next at 1.55pm.
Qualifying takes place on Saturday morning at 11am, to establish the grid for the afternoon’s sprint race that takes place over 10 laps of the fast and flowing course at 3.45pm.
The result will set the grid positions for the feature race on Sunday.
There is a short warm-up for the Supersport riders at 10.05am on Sunday ahead of the 15-lap feature race at 3.40pm.
