FOLLOWING the news that Ben Wilson is to remain in the British Supersport championship with Gearlink Kawasaki next year, he travels to Brands Hatch in Kent for the season finale this weekend.
He is aiming to end his fourth season with the Kawasaki team with a couple of top results to add to the race win he secured last time out at Silverstone.
Unless something untoward happens, the 30-year-old rider, from Kirton, is assured of a top-five end to his season.
And if things go his way is still in with an outside chance of ending the year in fourth place.
The weekend kicks off with two free practice sessions on Friday, followed by qualifying at 10.25am on Saturday to establish the gird for the start of the sprint race which will be run over 10 laps of the Brands Hatch GP course at 4.40pm that afternoon.
The final race of the championship takes place on Sunday, and will run over 18 laps starting at 3.30pm.
