CALLUM Johnson defeated Lee Duncan on points last night - remaining unbeaten after stepping up to the professional ranks.
The Boston light heavyweight did enough to claim his third straight victory at the expense of switch-hitter Duncan, who fights out of Brendan Ingle’s Sheffield gym.
“Won tonight. Was an akward opponent but easy enough,” tweeted Johnson after last night’s fight at Liverpool’s Echo Arena.
This was the former Commonwealth Games gold medallist’s first fight since moving to Joe Gallagher’s Gym in Manchester.
Johnson - managed by Naseem Hamed and promoted by Frank Warren - had previously stopped Phillip Townley and beaten Jody Meikle.
