They brushed aside Eastenders 6-0 (S. Reeson 39-8, A. Field 15-10) before they got the better of Holland Fen in a battle of the top two.
O. Moore, A. Field and M. Whyers won 14-11 and L. Reeson, S. Reeson and P. Flatters posted an 18-13 score for another 6-0 score.
Jolly Farmers continued their good run with a 6-0 win over Half Pints (J. Maury 27-10, J. Moore 19-16) while A40’s dismal run continued as they lost 5-1 to Royal Mail (K. Thorlby winning 22-13 and A. Hill and J. Cammack drawing 15-15).
Carlton Road beat IBC as C. Gill’s 26-8 beat M. Asplen’s 15-13 reply for a 4-2 win.
Invaders bounced back to take all six points against Swineshead (I. Tebbs 21-16, S. Tebbs 22-10).
A close game at the top of T&B Containers Division Two saw leaders Norprint edge of Parthians 4-2 as a 24-10 from B. Barton pipped the 22-9 reply from K. Nix.
Second-place Punchbowlers dropped two points against Breakaways, I. Drury’s 27-13 enough for the aggregate against G. Gallichan’s 20-16 reply, but Poachers moved up to fourth after beating Boston Park 6-0 (M. Dodes 26-12, E. Ulyatt 23-14).
Golfers are back up to third after a 6-0 win over Amateurs (N. Ablard 22-14, G. Scarboro 20-19) while Feathers had a tidy 4-2 win over Strollers, I. Smith’s 20-12 beating D. Butwright’s 16-14.
Patriarchs beat The Crowns 5-1, as C. Baxter was victorious 32-12 and A. Bristow and S. Copeland drew 15-15.
Central are the new leaders in the Cammacks Division Three after earning all six points against Traders (M. Nicholls 36-10, F. Epton 18-17).
The Burtons could only take a 4-2 win over High Flyers, D. Bailey winning 26-8 and bettering in the 20-12 reply from E. Lewis.
Fairways lost 4-2 to Shipmates, H. Scarboro’s 20-14 not matching the 27-13 reply from D. Locking, and Hotspurs just edged out The Autos in a tight game, D. Fox’s 19-10 just enough to beat B. Skelton’s 18-11 reply.
U3 beat Vikings 4-2 as D. Gunson’s 26-9 easily beat P. Jacklin’s 16-9 reply.
BBC kept Sibsey in mid-table with a 4-2 win.
T. Vere’s 23-12 edged out a 17-15 reply from Sibsey’s A. Dunnett.
