Boston boxer Harvey Elding secured a unanimous victory at the expense of opponent Andrew Coulson.
The pair met at Worksop’s Stanley Street Sports and Social Club.
Harvey, of Imps Boxing Centre, Lincoln moved well in the first round, blocking the taller man’s long jabs, stepping in and working well inside.
Elding was punching to the head and body, moving to the side and countering the Xbox Boxing Academy lad’s shots.
Round two saw Elding stepping up and landing four very powerful shots to the head and body of Coulson, who tried to hit and move, although.
In round three, Elding (pictured) started where he left off in round two.
This time he was pushing Coulson back and upping the work rate.
He landed some heavier shots which forced the ref to jump in and give Coulson a standing eight count.
Elding pushed hard for the stoppage but the round ended and he was awarded the bout.
