GEOFF Presland and Tracy Hull have been crowned the king and queen of the Boston Tennis Club Summer Daytime Doubles League.
Monthly action sees members of each four-person group play three sets, alternating partners.
The idea, is for each competitor to try to win as many games a possible.
The players with the most games won at the end of the season are crowned male and female champion.
Geoff won a total of 113 games, ahead of Richard Tupper (102).
Tracy was the leading lady with 100 games, one game ahead of Tricia Alexander.
The Summer Daytime Doubles League has become the Winter Daytime Doubles League.
In the first round of the league, the top group comprises Richard Tupper, Jim Mackin, Chris Mepham and Raj Varma.
Any club member wishing to take part can join by signing the entry form on the club noticeboard.
The Bombay Brasserie Summer Singles League was won by Jeremy George-Jones, his 24 points one better than runner-up Ladi Hruban.
Richard Tupper was third on 21.
The female winner was Sue Beesley, ahead of Joan Beale
Leading the field for games won throughout is Sarah Ulyatt with 87 games.
