Dave Hasnip and Paul Grainger had a good battle in the Boston Standard Premier League of the Friday Night Individual Darts League.

But it was Dave’s finishing that secured the 4-2 win.

Harry Lee hit a 180 on his way to a 4-0 victory over Stan Smith.

Two seven-leggers saw Ady Parker beat Deb Royal and Sam Dawson beat Daz Turk, while Andy Cammack beat Chris Royal 4-1.

The Pizza Perfection Championship saw Pete Grooby finish well to beat Kev Lenton 4-1, despite Kev hitting a 180. A 180 and good finishing saw Anthony Bennett beat Rob Cade 4-1, before beating Grooby by the same score.

Paul Taylor beat Mick Flynn 4-2.

In the T&B Containers Division Two, some close five-leggers saw Luke Cammack beat both Craig Wightman and Mark Baily.

Ben Carr lost 3-0 to Jamie Barnes before beating Rob Scrupps by the same score.

Barnes added a second 3-0 success against Darren Blythe while two 3-1 results saw Matt Grant get the better of Wally Almond and Ben Bagley beat Redvers Dickinson.

Phil Hunt kept his Heineken UK/John Smith’s Division Three title hopes alive, beating both Angie Upsall and Suzy watson 3-1.

Jimmy Birtwhistle had the consistency to beat Alison Royal 3-2, while Shaun Denmead also edged past Carl Baily in a five-legger.

Upsall returned to the oche to beat Di Hunt 3-0.

In the C&C TV Division Four, Louise Willicombe checked well to beat Emma Grant 3-0. Dennis Turner beat Liz Chapman 3-0 before returning to the oche to be beaten 2-1 by Willicombe.

A darts tournament held at Boston Snooker Centre saw Adam Beck claim the £150 prize money after beating Chris Fiddler in the final.

Layla Bontoft was the highest-placed lady.
