Callum Johnson has been left without a fight this month after his scheduled show was postponed.

The Boston boxer was due to return to the ring in Lincoln on September 27.

But due to injuries to fellow fighters Daryl Baptist and Adam Kettleborough, promoter Carl Greaves has been forced to pull the plug.

However, light heavyweight Johnson - who won Commonwealth Games gold at Delhi 2010 - told The Standard he is hopeful the show can be rescheduled, and that more offers for other events will be coming his way soon.
