Kirton up to third following Boston and District Bowls League victory

Three Wood League Division One

Kirton enjoyed a home win this week against Sleaford Road by 72-55 (8-4) and now find themselves in third place.

Burton House won their match at home against West End B by 79-53 (12-0) and are in second place, whilst BBC remain in the top position, even though they didn’t have a match this week.

Other results were Sibsey’s win over Wigtoft by 63-61 (9-3) and Woodhall Spa Town’s home win against Castle by 65-58 (8-4).

Division Two

Third-placed Goodfellowship lost at Freiston this week by 57-79 (2-10) and Freiston moved into second place with 40 points.

Forbes Road are top of the table after five matches with 42 points.

They beat Woodhall Spa Town B 60-52 (10-2).

Wrangle lost at home to West End A by 74-99 (2-10) in a re-arranged game, and West End A lost at home to Swineshead by 54-67 (2-10) in their other match.

Two Wood League Division One

Burton House lead the division after three matches with 28 points.

Woodhall Spa Town are second with 23 and Sleaford Road lie third.

This week’s results saw West End B beat Woodhall Spa Town by 94-68 (8-4) and Sleaford Road had a big 109-50 (12-0) win against Swineshead.

Division Two

Division Two is currently lead by BBC with 28 points, ahead of Kirton in second with 26 and Freiston third with 24.

This week’s results are saw Freiston beat West End A by 93-58 (12-0), BBC beat Sibsey by 107-61 (10-2) and Kirton beat Forbes Road 79-70 (10-2).

Three Wood Nine Player Division One

There are joint leaders in this division as Freiston A and Friskney both have 28 points, way ahead of Freiston B in third place with 12 points.

This week’s results saw Freiston A beat Goodfellowship 63-36 (10-2) and Friskney beat Stickney 55-47 (10-0).

Division Two

Wigtoft are in first place with 33 points from their four matches with Donington in second place with 24 points and Kirton A in third with 23.

This week’s results saw Sibsey draw with Donington 55-55 (6-4), Kirton A narrowly lose at home by 46-52 (2-10) and Forbes Road beat Kirton B.
