Division One

SIBSEY Millers struggled at home to Forbes Road A with only captain Alan Woods, Maureen Brammer and Pat Woods just winning to give a 44-57 (2-6) finish.

Three high-scoring rinks in the Mareham-le-Fen versus Castle game with two going to the away side to give them another good win 44-70 (2-6).

Division Two

WRANGLE A belied their league position when they played at home to table toppers Billinghay. Three close rink results gave a 43-47 (2-6) final score.

It was a bizarre situation at Fosdyke where Good Fellowship were due to play Sibsey Strollers with the green possibly playable but the game called off because the surrounding sports field was flooded and impassable.

An earlier postponed game played at Wrangle with their B side playing West End A and getting a good result 62-33 (8-0).

Division Three

THE 74-30 (8-0) score in the Burton House v West Skirbeck game certainly reflected league positions with bottom of the table West Skirbeck losing on two and losing badly 35-4 on the third to move John Allen’s side up the table.

Burton House won on two rinks by just two shots to claim a draw at home to Stickney who won well on the third giving a 54-59 (4-4) result.

Two close rink wins for B.B.C.II at home to Kirton with G.Parker and the Pitts winning 12-20 to earn a draw 47-48 (4-4).

Division Four

DONINGTON A at home to to Swineshead was close, with one rink tied and the away side edging the aggregate to give a 45-50 (3-5) result.

A good win for Swineshead at home to Horncastle with one rink tied to give a 56-45 (7-1) finish.

Sleaford Rd II continue their winning ways this week at home to Donington II with one rink close but winning the game 56-46 (8-0).

Division Five

A GOOD result for Sibsey Traders on the Park, winning three close rinks against top of the table Boston Park to give a 46-54 (0-8) result.

Friskney B continue their winning run at home to Gosberton, who may have found the long trip difficult, with a 55-47 (7-1) result and each rink close.
