Boston ABC boxer Callum Parker earned a unanimous victory on Friday night.
Parker faced off against T. Edwards of Stamford ABC on a Scunthorpe ABC show.
The Redbourne Social club was, as always, a busy venue and support for both pugilists was evenly spread out.
Edwards boxed well, forcing Parker to dig deep and finish strongly in all rounds.
However, on this occasion it was Parker whose arm was raised.
Cadet boxer Coby Brown faced L. Collins of Scunthorpe ABC and was somewhat cautious in his approach.
The opening round saw Brown chasing his opponent with very little in the way of convincing attacks, which frustrated his corner men.
As the round finished, Coby was urged on to improve his efforts as Collins was struggling in any kind of response to the Boston man.
Eventually, Coby started to mount an aggressive response but the Scunny lad and finished the round on top.
The last round was aggressive from both but Brown left it too late to impress the officials and the majority result went to the Scunny pugilist.
Keir Sellars was boxing in Nottingham at the County Sports Club, Meadow Lane, facing Akai Douglas of Bad Boys ABC.
Sellars was retired at the end of the first round as Douglas proved too strong.
