Penmaen C earned a convincing 9-1 victory over Lodgers D in the A.D. Dickinson Division Two of the Boston and District Table Tennis League.
Only Tony Kime could stop the whitewash, beating John Shortland but having no answer to Dave Smith and Graham Bonsor.
Graves Park E lost 4-6 against Graves Park Nomads.
Andy Gilbert did the damage for the E team, beating Chips Davey, Gary Hall and Walt Bridges, while Peter Bell also beat Chips.
Penmaen C added to their points tally with an 8-2 victory over Belchford.
Jon Newby and Peter Hughes both beat John Shortland, but that’s all Belchford mustered as Dave Smith and Chris Cooke won their singles.
Jason Cade was on top form when Sibsey A hosted Graves Park Nomads, his side winning 6-4. He picked up his three against Gary Hall, Walt Bridges and Chips Davey.
Phil Coote picked up two - against Bridges and Davey - and Sam Langford had to be content with the one, needing five sets to break Hall’s resistance.
In the doubles, Davey and Hall fought back well for victory.
