PREPARATIONS for this year’s Seabank Marathon continue.
Entry forms will be available to collect from The Standard office at 5-6 Church Lane, from Monday.
The Standard has joined forces with Boston and District Athletic Club (BADAC) to ensure the annual charity event goes ahead this summer, after being unexpectedly cancelled.
Organisers are planning to stage four events on July 17 – one for runners, one for fun-runners, another for dogs and owners – plus a short-distance event for children and parents.
While the exact route is still being finalised, organisers would like to hold a carnival-style event at the finish line in Boston and appeal for interested parties to come forward.
They would also like to hear from anyone who is able to help out along the route.
