Top-class opponents prove a stern test

Evolution Martial Arts took three of its taekwondo fighters to the British National Taekwondo Championships, held in Sheffield.

The event saw top-class fighters from across the country compete.

For Paige Stedman, 12, this was her first taekwondo event.

Nesta Baxter, 18, and Talon Chambers, 12, were both taking part in their second taekwondo competitions.

After some tough contest all three came away with bronze podium places.

Evolution are part of the BTS Taekwondo team, who also won the novice, advanced and overall team trophies at the taekwondo championships.
