JUNIOR members of Boston Amateur Swimming club booked their place in the A Final of the Fenland League competition.
After competing in Peterborough, Boston claimed third with 131 points.
This was enough to put Boston into fourth place overall from 15 teams after five rounds.
They will now swim in the A Final on October 20.
Clubs head coach Ian Wells noted two great swims from Joe Reed who won the 50m backstroke and 50m breaststroke, both in personal best times.
He also praised Xristina Keeler for winning the 50m backstroke event.
Xristina had been nervous and lacked confidence to compete in the past – but after her winning swim she had a huge beaming smile.
The league is for swimmers aged nine-13, who compete in events with cut-off times.
This ruling requires swimmers not to have swum the cut-off time for a particular stroke and distance.
If the cut off time is achieved, the swimmers collect the points towards the team total but are then prohibited from swimming that event in future galas in the league.
A total of 21 swimmers represented Boston in 42 individual races and one mixed 8x25m relay.
Races wins: Joe Reed (two), Isaac Reed-Swan, Xristina Keeler (two), Josephb McGarel and Bethany Holderness.
Personal best times: William Pettitt, Joe Reed (two), Matthew Millington (two), William Craven, Rosanna Abbott (two), Isaac Reed-Swan, Josephb McGarel, Lewis McGarry, Katazyna Midgley, Lewis Bontoft, Kieva Clegg and Xristina Keeler.
