Wilkinson hits a hole in one

TERRY Coulter won the Don Hillcoat Trophy – but Barrie Wilkinson also had reasons to be cheerful as he hit a hole in one.

The event was played during an exchange match at Elsham Golf Course.

Wilkinson’s success on the 14th hole may have brought him a smile, but his wallet wasn’t as happy as he splashed out on a bar bill for 36 players back at the clubhouse.

Coulter won with 40 stableford points.
