Eight gymnasts from TJ Gymnastics Academy travelled to Witham Hill Gymnastics Club in Lincoln for their autumn invitational competition.
More than 300 gymnasts from all around the Midlands region took part and the standard of competition was extremely high.
Competing at Level Six in the age six and under category, Isabel Rose came third on trampette and fourth on beam. In the seven-year-old group, Chloe Crowfoot was third on tumble and fourth on trampette.
Imogen Nicholson, in the age eight competition, finished fourth on tumble and on beam and Freya Manning was first on tumble, second on trampette and beam and third on bars. Freya was also third overall out of 94 gymnasts competing within the Level Six category, achieving the highest tumble score of the day.
The Level Five aged nine competition saw Keira Menzies finish first on beam.
Izzabella Gray, competing in the Level Four aged eight-nine section , was in fine form, coming second on vault and third on floor and beam.
Two academy gymnasts competed in the Level Three round and battled valiantly, with Holly Menzies third on vault and fourth on beam and Lillie Manning first on floor, second on range and conditioning and vault and third on beam and bars.
