BOSTON Cricket Club will be hoping it’s third-time lucky this week.

On Saturday, for the second consecutive week, the First XI’s Lincs ECB Premier League contest was rained off, meaning no action has yet been played.

And Tom Baxter’s men will be eager to end this streak as they face a triple header this Bank Holiday weekend.

On Saturday, the Firsts travel to face Hartsholme in the Premier Division, followed by Sunday’s home clash against Ramsey in the National Cup, which was rained off at the weekend.

Up next will be Monday’s Winkworth Cup clash.

After reaching the Winkworth Cup final last year – before losing out to Bracebridge Heath - The Mayflower Men travel to Louth to face the hosts and Grimsby Town in the county’s premier Twenty20 event.

Meanwhile, the Seconds will host Heckington in the South Lincs and Border League Division Two on Saturday.

The Thirds are also at home, facing Timberlands in the South Lincs and Border League Division Three.

The Lincoln and District League Division One sees the Sunday Seconds at home to Millers.
