‘Banksy’ style graffiti puts King Kong on top of Boston Stump

A bizarre graffiti mural depicting King Kong on top of the Stump has appeared on a wall near the church.

The Banksy-style image was spotted at the entrance to Wormgate behind the iconic St Botolph’s Church.

It appears to show King Kong plucking a plane out the sky – and is believed to have been created using a stencil - the same method used by the elusive street artist Banksy.
