Trace your family history at a special open day being held in Boston on Saturday, October 10.
The Boston branch of Lincolnshire Family History Society is hosting the event at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Woodthorpe Avenue, Fishtoft from 10am-4pm.
Visitors will be able to access many records including subscription websites, census and microfilm.
The event will show people how to get started in researching their family tree.
There will be a variety of short talks by various speakers including a military expert, plus various stalls and displays.
Founding member Pat Pomeroy, who has recently been awarded a lifetime membership with the branch in recognition of her hard work, has now finished transcribing the Boston Cemetery Burial Registers from 1789-2014. The CD will be available to buy on the day. Entry is free.
