Shoppers had a real ‘hoot’ at the craft fair and fun day held at Boston’s Pescod Square.
One of the most popular attractions was an interactive owl display which enabled children and adults to hold and pet three birds. The display was put on by Simon Ellis from Hoots R Us, of Whaplode, Spalding. Visitors got to try out a ‘Squirts Fun Bus’ which is a bus transformed into a slide and ball pit, soft toys, crafts and face painting. Event co-organiser Anita Holmes said: “The event went very well and it was busy all day, despite the cold weather.” All the activities were free and visitors also got to browse several craft stalls.
