Lincs Artists at Giles’ Room52


A NEW exhibition is currently on display in town showing small works from around the county.

Following a successful show at the Usher Gallery, Lincolnshire Artists’ Society is showing works by their members at the Room52 Gallery on Wide Bargate.

Chaiman Leszek Dabrowski said: “We were delighted to be invited to exhibit in this exciting new gallery in Boston.”

Lincolnshire Artists’s Society is more than 105 years old and started life as the Lincoln Drawing Club.

It aims to promote high standards of achievement in drawing, paintings, sculpture, crafts, architecture and allied visual arts.

It holds regular exhibitions showcasing the work of members as well as lectures and workshops and has featured at the Ropewalk, Barton on Humber, and the Sam Scorer and Usher Galleries, in Lincoln.
