Tribute will be paid to The Moody Blues in Skegness this weekend, courtesy of a troupe that includes two long-standing performers with the band.
Legend of a Band comes to the Embassy Theatre, in Grand Parade, on Saturday, at 7.30pm.
It features Gordy Marshall on drums and Paul Bliss on keyboard who have performed with The Moody Blues for more than 20 years at such venues as Madison Square Garden and Wembley Arena and come direct from the band’s 2015 nationwide tour.
They will be joined by Mick Wilson, 10CC’s current lead singer.
Guitarist Tim Maple and bass player Malcolm Moore meanwhile have, between them, worked with such acts as Celine Dion, Leona Lewis, Westlife, James Blunt, Joss Stone, and One Direction.
Audience members can expect such Moody Blues numbers as Nights in White Satin as well as Justin Hayward songs from The War of the Worlds musical.
Tickets for the show cost £22 or £10 for children.
