A series of light installations specially commissioned for Boston to help celebrate the festive season draws to a close this week.
The Light Waves 2014 project has been running in The Stump and Pescod Square since the end of November.
Tonight marks the final instalment and will see activities at both venues.
In Pescod Square, to coincide with late night shopping, interactive installations Silverscreen and Rogue’s Gallery will be on show.
Silverscreen uses an outdoor photo booth to combines quirky imagery and live animation while Rogue’s Gallery mixes public’s portraits with archive photography.
There will also be the chance to join a drop-in arts workshop between 4pm and 8pm at a cost of £1.
For the final Light Waves event at The Stump, some of the installation imagery will be taken out and projected onto the building’s exterior.
Between 5pm and 6pm, there will be the chance for the public to have a go at making projections themselves.
The installations have been created by Impossible Arts, as commissioned by arts body Transported.
